I can’t pinpoint when this started because I didn’t use to pay attention to my stool consistency, but I remember I told my doctor that ever since I started my diet, my stools looked smaller and I went less often. And the longer ones are typically curled. Not all are “pencil thin.” I would say most are “marker” thin with some smaller ones. I can pinpoint why most of my symptoms are happening, but the one that is most concerning to me is my consistent thin/ribbon stools.
